The Sr. Human Resources Generalist performs a variety of complex human resources duties on a professional level, partnering closely with senior HR management and various managers across the organization, in supporting HR processes and department-specific strategies. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, recruitment/employment, leave administration, and employment law compliance. The Sr. Human Resources Generalist is an essential and strategic partner of the HR team.
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis directs the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis processes for Isagenix, collaborating closely with leadership to help drive an improved financial performance. The overall responsibilities of this role include providing decision support, measurements, and guidance for the pursuit of Company goals. The position requires strong financial and accounting acumen with demonstrated ability to provide insights and guidance to improve profitability and cash flow. Position ensures all controls are maintained consistent with Corporate and Division Financial policies and procedures as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day processing of the ERP system applications. Uses working and technical knowledge of ERP systems and databases to evaluate issues and provide effective solutions. The ERP Systems Administrator will work closely with the ERP Team, Accounting, and Operations personnel to gather requirements, prioritize new work, and promote the accuracy and consistency of data concerning the financial, operations, and inventory systems.
