Position Summary

The Field Support Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the Field Development and Field Marketing teams by ensuring flawless execution of administrative, communication, and logistics tasks. This role is highly cross-functional and helps maintain the operational rhythm of field calls, promotions, associate events, and content distribution. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, and proficient in Zoom, Excel, and digital communication tools.

 

Work Schedule: This position currently follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work from the office at least four days per week (Monday - Thursday), with Friday available for remote work, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and flexibility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Coordinate weekly and monthly field calls, including scheduling, speaker communication, slide deck updates, and Zoom support
  • Trim and upload recordings, manage chat/Q&A, and assign panelists for calls and webinars
  • Create promotional materials for calls (ex., social tiles, banners, shareables) and distribute them across relevant internal and external platforms
  • Maintain and update digital platforms with current digital content and resources
  • Collaborate with marketing, events, and communications teams to ensure accurate and timely dissemination of promotions, campaigns, and call information
  • Own logistics and communications for customer-facing programs like the Customer Referral Program (CRP), including reporting, compliance coordination, and stakeholder updates
  • Support associate run events
  • Lead and coordinate the tour team to deliver engaging, informative experiences for visitors, including VIPs, Brand Partners, and groups touring the Isagenix Global Headquarters
  • Track and fulfill promotional campaigns, including order placement, prize packing, mailing, and participant communication
  • Coordinate associate-run events in collaboration with the Events team, including SMS/email outreach and content needs
  • Maintain master field calendar and reporting tools for field activity and promotions
  • Process invoices and submit tickets/requests in platforms such as ServiceNow and Asana
  • Serve as the primary contact for inbound field support requests and coordinate responses across departments
  • Provide administrative calendar management support as needed, including scheduling internal staff meetings, coordinating field calls, and assisting with other calendar-related tasks

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1-3 years in an administrative support, customer service, sales, marketing, or events role
  • Proficient with Zoom (webinar setup, recording, and moderation), Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Microsoft Teams
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and follow-through
  • Able to manage multiple deadlines and shift priorities in a dynamic environment
  • Clear, professional communication style, both written and verbal

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in related field
