Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects for Isagenix. The overall responsibilities of this role include processing, compiling, organizing, researching and analyzing business information as well as tracking results, analyzing trends and identifying variances. The position will assist in ensuring the utilization of key performance indicators for various operations throughout the company.

 

This is a temporary, 1099 position anticipated to last three (3) months. At that time, we will evaluate whether this position will be transitioned to a full-time employee. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Create and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual reports, providing analytical review of information in clear and concise format for various stakeholders.
  • Assist in monthly financial operations review, identify trends and collaborate with members of accounting to ensure alignment with Company goals and be consistent with recognized accounting principles.
  • Finance liaison for Marketing and Sales initiatives, build and evaluate modeling outcomes, identify business opportunities and make recommendations for execution.
  • Prepare operational key performance indicator reports, including scorecards and all corporate statistics.
  • Assist other members of Finance in the budget, forecast and pricing or product strategy processes.
  • Design and develop financial models to measure the success of business initiatives (Pro formas and post mortems) to guide stakeholders and provide business justification.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 3 years of analysis and modeling experience.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to analyze raw data and translate into business-building marketing strategies and plans that can be presented to the executive management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field.
  • 5 years of analysis and modeling experience.
  • Professional experience in network marketing or health and wellness industry.
