Position Summary

The Graphic Designer will be responsible for a mix of print, digital and event-related projects with some production work delegated from senior design staff. This role will be familiar with standard print, online and social media design concepts, practices, and procedures. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for maintaining a consistent brand message for Isagenix materials and campaigns with guidance from our senior design and social media staff.

 

Work Schedule: This position currently follows a hybrid work model. Employees are required to work from the office at least four days per week (Monday - Thursday), with Friday available for remote work, offering a blend of in-person collaboration and flexibility.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Research, develop and create graphic design and production work for new and existing projects that address business objectives in a timely, cost-effective manner and represent, strengthen, and evolve the Isagenix brand.
  • Assist design staff in crafting highly conceptual ideas that align with organization guidelines.
  • Support team members on production assignments and projects.
  • Develop professional knowledge of Isagenix brand, culture, and processes.
  • Partner with design staff and project coordinators to update and maintain a consistent workflow of existing projects.
  • Attend and actively participate in meetings related to assigned projects.
  • Work with team in implementing and maintaining brand intent, design quality and business objectives        to strengthen the Isagenix brand.
  • Stay abreast of current design trends and software.
  • Manage and work with team and internal partners to keep files and image library organized.

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 3 years of professional work-related experience.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Expert with design software including Adobe Creative Cloud.
  • Strong concept, layout and typographic skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.                                                                                  

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Fine Arts.
  • 5 years of professional work-related experience.                                                                                  
  • Expert skills in Adobe CC Software including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop and Xd.
  • Familiar with print processes and prepress workflows.
  • Experience with Social Media Design.
  • Experience with WordPress design a plus.
