Position Summary

The Financial Analyst will work closely with our North America leadership and primarily focus on data mining, forecasting, business modeling and ad hoc analysis in an effort to increase overall success of our North America market. The position is responsible for month end financial support, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, tracking of KPIs and other analyses to enhance the understanding of the business and improve decision-making.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

  • Create and analyze recurring and ad-hoc analyses, providing analytical review of information in a clear and concise format for various International stakeholders.
  • Identify risks and opportunities (R&O) in the business and present mitigation plans as necessary to finance and business leadership.
  • Process, compile, organize, research and analyze business information for North America.
  • Develop various business models and act as the financial liaison for International business initiatives.
  • Build and evaluate modeling outcomes; identify business opportunities and make recommendations for execution.
  • Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.
  • Prepare operational key performance indicator reports, including scorecards.
  • Assist in sales and product forecasting, identifying economic trends and developments.
  • Promote improvements and modifications through rigorous analysis along the dimensions of risk, market elasticity, and internal cost efficiencies.

Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5 years of Accounting or Finance analysis and modeling experience.
  • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and DAX.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Must be able to analyze raw data and translate into business-building strategies and plans that can be presented to the executive management.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or other related field.
  • 7 years of Accounting or Finance analysis and modeling experience.
  • Professional experience in network marketing or health and wellness industry.
