  • Position Summary

    The Content Marketing Coordinator is responsible for assuring that all Isagenix content delivery channels contain current and consistent information. The key scope of this job is to assist with all content initiatives across multiple platforms and formats, to help drive a clear message and determine the best audiences which will in turn increase sales, retention, and create a positive customer and Associate experience. It will proactively seek out and identify opportunities for new content that can promote brand recognition and awareness, while upholding legal guidelines.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)


    • Research, create, edit and manage quality content to assure positive brand recognition, product value in the market and consistent experience.
    • Coordinate, support and maintain multiple content projects with key stakeholders.
    • Organize product content to reflect channel and customer needs, ensuring the right type of content is accurately presented at the right channel in the right place.
    • Act as a liaison between Sales Content Team, Digital Marketing, and Subject Matter Experts and play an integral part in the voice and branding outreach of our organization.
    • Help sales and marketing teams determine what content is needed to deliver an exceptional user experience, and ensure that all content is easy-to-understand, actionable and shareable, as applicable.
    • Define content inconsistencies or problems to be solved during the objective-setting and discovery process, and provide recommendations to sales and marketing teams to which content methods and tools to use for the business challenge at hand.
    • Align cross project requirements to ensure continuity and consistency across channels and customer experience.
    • Stay abreast and maintain a strong understanding of Isagenix customers, personas, products, and business opportunities.
    • Participate and support content initiatives at meetings with Subject Matter Experts regarding content updates and drive the direction of final content creations, updates, reviews and negotiations.
    • Effectively present information and respond to questions from groups, managers and Subject Matter Experts.
    • Assist with the managing of content calendar, content updates and create lifecycle timelines.
    • Review and provide guidance for the content by identifying, securing and editing the content to fit the Isagenix brand and seek continuous quality improvement.
    • Maintain documentation of all updates and create lifecycle timelines; Assist with content calendar and updates.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
    • 2 years of experience producing and managing quality content.
    • 1 year of experience performing project management tasks independently.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.            
    • Ability to deal with problems involving several variables and providing solutions.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, Digital or other relevant field.
    • 4 years of experience producing and managing quality content.
    • Working knowledge of SharePoint, Sitecore and or WordPress.
    • Experience in Digital Marketing.
