  • Position Summary

    The Sr. Vice President of Global Marketing will lead and develop under the direction of the President of Global Sales & Marketing the overall marketing strategy for Isagenix, which includes staffing, planning, organizing, and executing on product development and launches, branding, creative, digital and design, and content. The goal is for Isagenix to not only have a national presence, but to evolve into a truly global brand. The Sr. Vice President of Global Marketing will work closely with the entire senior leadership team, as well as with the field organization, to provide the marketing support necessary to heighten awareness of the benefits of the company’s products and Isagenix as a business opportunity around the world.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Lead all aspects of the marketing strategy including product development/design, marketing collateral, product, positioning, digital, content and branding, to achieve Isagenix short and long-term sales growth and profitability goals.
    • Create marketing campaigns from strategy to execution that drive revenue, attract unawares, activate new leads and move existing leads through the pipeline; support sales and revenue goals across the sales team with an eye for region- or market-specific opportunities.
    • Position the brand architecture and strategy, as well as its worldwide implementation.
    • Manage all aspects of the value proposition and customer-facing message.
    • Responsible for targeted product, market, brand and marketing strategies that are dynamically reflective of the Isagenix Associate and consumer needs worldwide.
    • Direct and oversee the work of Marketing leadership and establish performance. Identify talent gaps and implement improvement plans.
    • Develop marketing programs that are embraced by customers and field leadership; drive increased revenue that is easy to implement, track and reward.
    • Provide guidance and input to Isagenix Research & Development activities including product stage gate process, packaging, and design and branding guidelines.
    • Conduct market analysis including industry, market and consumer trends; utilize data to develop pricing strategies and forecasting.
    • Maintain an accurate and up-to-date understanding of trends, best practices, changing market dynamics and prevailing attitudes and approaches and how to position health and wellness products to increase leads and opportunities.
    • Create appropriate materials to both sell products and promote the Isagenix business opportunity.
    • Collaborate with cross functional leaders in Sales, Marketing & Research and Development to create product positioning documents and ideal customer and Associate persona profiles for each global region.
    • Develop a comprehensive enterprise digital marketing strategy including content and web marketing, social and other demand generation tactics.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Proven and accomplished marketing background with a progressive career within a network marketing and/or consumer packaged goods company.
    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • 12 years of progressive professional experience in strategic marketing roles.
    • 5 years of marketing leadership experience leading high performing teams.
    • Proven experience building and improving global brand awareness and support internally and externally. Represent the brand and articulate its value.
    • Significant experience managing and aligning teams to organizational strategy.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to manage/lead groups of people and tasks simultaneously.
    • Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics into clear and easily understandable messages.
    • Demonstrated enthusiasm for building productive relationships with key stakeholders and leadership.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Proven analytic skills and experience using data to drive decisions and deliver on ROI metrics.
    • Project management abilities. Ability to organize proposals and gain acceptance from stakeholders and bring excitement around activities from inception to completion.
    • Strong strategic planning capabilities with experience in developing and managing timelines, schedules, budgets and resources across functional areas.
    • Ability to manage, motivate and provide professional development to a diverse marketing team.
    • Ability to understand changing market dynamics, translating them into actionable strategies to achieve company objectives.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree in Marketing from an accredited institution.
    • Professional experience focusing on health and wellness or related product categories.
    • Experience within organizations known for high growth through innovation and quality where products are sold through multiple and/or alternate distribution channels.
    • Experience/knowledge of Salesforce, Marketo, Pardot, Microsoft suite and graphic design.
