  • Position Summary

    This position will support internal, national, and international desktop and Mac users at Isagenix. The individual will be joining a group of highly proficient Support Specialists operating in an extremely fast changing environment. The support organization is focused on providing first call resolution to internal users across various technologies. Isagenix offers a business casual work environment with the opportunity to work with “cutting edge” technology.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    A qualified candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to local and remote users via phone, email and remote connectivity. Other responsibilities include the development of internal technical documentation. Must be able to learn quickly and be flexible with daily responsibilities.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • At least 3 years' hands-on experience in a helpdesk or end user support function using the latest Microsoft Office and Mac applications.
    • Hands-on & remote technical support background
    • Windows 7, 8,10 and MAC OS support
    • MS Office 2013/2016 application support
    • Strong understanding of Active Directory
    • Experience in Microsoft Exchange for mailbox creation
    • Imaging and backup software (Acronis, SCCM, WDS, etc)
    • Proficient in network troubleshooting
    • Fluency with Spanish (speaking, preferably writing as well)

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience developing technical documentation
    • A+, Network+, or comparable certification
    • VMWare/VDI Support
    • Avaya Phone Support
    • Asset Tracking / Inventory Management
    • Android and iPhone support
    • Experience with service ticketing systems
