This position will support internal, national, and international desktop and Mac users at Isagenix. The individual will be joining a group of highly proficient Support Specialists operating in an extremely fast changing environment. The support organization is focused on providing first call resolution to internal users across various technologies. Isagenix offers a business casual work environment with the opportunity to work with “cutting edge” technology.
A qualified candidate will be responsible for providing Level 1 support to local and remote users via phone, email and remote connectivity. Other responsibilities include the development of internal technical documentation. Must be able to learn quickly and be flexible with daily responsibilities.
