  • Position Summary

    This position will assist in handling the implementation, sustainability and improvement of one or more Isagenix programs. The primary functions of this role are to plan, coordinate, and administer all phases and activities of each program through the direction and mentoring of Associates, customer service, project management, networking, communications and data management.

     

    This role has been assigned to support the IsaBody Challenge, a 16-week body transformation challenge, annually awards over $1 million in money, prizes, and trips to Isagenix Members. The IsaBody Challenge is a sales program and promotion for Isagenix International. Isagenix Sales Programs increase revenue for Isagenix by incentivizing customer retention, increasing customer product orders, and adequately recognizing success for Isagenix independent distributors.

     

    The coordinator will also support our 100-Pound Club which offers support to help members maintain and improve their physical transformation and mindset. The club strives to recognize and honor those who have lost 100 pounds or more through adopting an Isagenix lifestyle.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Manage program e-mail support answering questions, taking registrations and troubleshooting concerns.
    • Assist in moderation of program social media channels by: answering questions, taking registrations and troubleshooting concerns.
    • Moderate program social media channels for compliance. These channels include: US IsaBody Challenge Facebook group, CA IsaBody Challenge Facebook group, IsaBody Instagram, and the Official 100-Pound Club Facebook group.
    • Collaborate with Sales Program Coordinators regarding external communications using social media including the creation of social media campaigns, increasing engagement on all social media platforms, and maintaining a high level of customer service.
    • Review and manage program applications, records and databases to maintain consistency and up-to-date information.
    • Assist in data analysis of the program(s) as necessary for program and executive personnel, SWOT analysis and annual strategic planning.
    • Create, maintain, and implement multiple communications through a variety of outlets to include email, newsletters, surveys, social media and program websites.
    • Deliver customer service to internal functional areas, external customers, business partners and coordinate meetings, events, products, or special requirements.
    • Plan, schedule and coordinate activities in assigned program.
    • Collaborate with team and participate in the development of new program ideas, designs and processes.
    • Attend select program or Isagenix events to assist with staging, receptions, booths, etc.
    • Assist in the judging process, happening three times a year, for the IsaBody Challenge.
    • Network with other organizations and businesses throughout the markets to expand Isagenix influence.
    • Handle routine tasks and seek guidance from peers, as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
    • 2 years of experience in a general business, customer service or professional setting.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Social media experience
    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a forward thinker.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Proven analytical skills.
    • Travel occasionally required for program assignments.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field.
    • 4 years of professional sales, marketing or event planning experience.                                                                                  
    • Professional experience in network marketing or health and wellness industry.
