  • Position Summary

    The Field Experience Coordinator assists in the creation of sales tools that enhance the Associate experience. This position focuses on fulfilling expectations related to ensuring our Associates successful business outcomes and customer outreach via sales focused tools. As part of the Field Experience team, the coordinator will perform tasks to help execute sales initiatives through multiple avenues such as social media, podcasts, digital, branded clothing and printed. Working closely with multiple departments such as Sales Programs, Regional Sales, Marketing, Communications, International, Research & Development and Customer Care, this level role is expected to provide expertise on multiple sales tool assets.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Execute and manage the creation of several Associate Sales tools via digital and printed platforms.
    • Maintain 3rd party relationships with outside vendors.
    • Update and maintain respective sales tools inventories including the content available on mobile apps.
    • Gain insights from Associate leaders at all business-building levels in partnership with Insights team as needed; gather consumer insights on best practices regarding network marketing tools.
    • Continuously generate new ideas on how to strengthen the Associate experience.
    • Review data analysis for tools and determine their effectiveness, reach, and impact in the field.
    • Help oversee the implementation of new/modified touch marketing tool points.
    • Collaborate with Regional sales, purchasing, international, sales programs on sales tools.
    • Execute pre-launch, launches and post launches strategies on how to effectively communicate and promote the tools.
    • Handle routine to moderately complex tasks, with minimal supervision.
    • Lead by example and mentor fellow sales tools coordinators on insights, tools creations, launches, etc.
    • Manage tool inventory via 3rd parties and digital assets.
    • Perform assigned tasks and projects in a timely manner. 

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelors Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent related work experience.
    • 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, network marketing, project management or related role.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to develop collaborative and diverse relationships.
    • High customer focus with the ability to drive for results.
    • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well in a multi-team environment.
    • Occasional travel as needed for events or projects.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Experience in business leadership, network marketing, or franchise.
    • Demonstrated track record of directing meetings and presenting to C-level suite.
    • 4 years of experience in sales, marketing, network marketing, project management or related role.
    • Solid quantitative, analytical, problem solving and organizational skills.
    • Ability to work/communicate with all levels of the organization.
    • Project Management skills
    • Proven ownership and leadership skills.
    • SharePoint knowledge.
