  • Position Summary

    The Financial Analyst will work closely with organizational leadership and primarily focus on data mining and ad hoc analysis across the entire product and system process in an on-going effort to increase overall effectiveness of costing across the organization. The position will have ownership of the development and tracking of key performance indicators for organization initiatives to enhance the understanding of the business and improve decision-making.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Create and analyze recurring and ad-hoc analyses, providing analytical review of information in a clear and concise format for various organizational stakeholders.
    • Evaluate costing methodologies and procedures and advise the organization on costing improvements
    • Integrate costing methods across the organization.
    • Coordinate costing and pricing activities across multiple business units.
    • Collaborate with Inventory, Logistics, Demand Planning and Accounting and Finance to build and manage a long term master project pipeline.
    • Prepare operational key performance indicator reports, including scorecards.
    • Develop, maintain and distribute ad-hoc reports and financial models as needed.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • 3 years of analysis and modeling experience.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and DAX.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Must be able to analyze raw data and translate into business-building marketing strategies and plans that can be presented to the executive management.
    • Strong ability to collaborate and work with others in cross-functional teams.
    • Creative problem solving ability.

    Preferred Qualifications

     

    • Degree in Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain or other related field.
    • 5 years of analysis and modeling experience.
    • Strong supply chain finance support background.
    • Experience in large global organizations.
