  • Position Summary

    The Director of Change Management plays a key role in ensuring change projects and initiatives meet established objectives on time and on budget by growing employee adoption and usage. This role will focus on the people side of change including changes to business processes, systems and technology. The primary responsibility will be building and implementing change management strategies and plans that improve employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance. Work to drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization and greater proficiency of the changes that impact employees in the organization to increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes. This role may be asked to assist with external change management.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Support change management throughout organization through change management best practices and strategies.
    • Act as a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping fulfill the role of change sponsor.
    • Provide direct support and coaching to all levels of managers and supervisors as they help their direct reports through transitions.
    • Create change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of changes required by project or initiative.
    • Implement employee focused change management to improve organizational effectiveness and drive business results through thoughtful use of resources.
    • May participate in organizing a set of actionable and targeted change management plans for customers and Associates in partnership with field facing departments.
    • Facilitate and analyze initial assessments such as, project stakeholders, change impact, change risks for strategy and planning.
    • Identify and seek needed research and information.
    • Apply behavioral tools to assess the impact of change on the organization, using assessments of organization culture, performance and readiness for change.
    • Support the design, development, delivery and management of change communications.
    • Build out Change Management action plan to address training, communications, stakeholder management, risk mitigation, and support.
    • Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs.
    • Support organizational design and definition of roles and responsibilities.
    • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent related work experience.
    • 10 years of experience leading business transformations, or working in process improvement and/or change management roles for large, cross-functional and global projects.
    • 5 years of experience producing change management tools for a variety of audiences.
    • 5 years of experience providing direct or indirect management including training, mentoring, professional development, performance expectations, skills and competencies.
    • 4 years of revenue management experience.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Ability to mentor and develop others.
    • Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle.
    • Acute business acumen and understanding of organizational issues and challenges.
    • Proven ability to work collaboratively with and through others.
    • Ability to build assessments; analyze, report, and action on data.
    • Experience working directly with Scrum Teams in an Agile environment.
    • Strong proficiency in producing change management plans and key documents, including communications, schedules and status reports.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio.
    • Occasional travel as needed.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree from an accredited institution.
    • Professional experience in network marketing or health and wellness industry.
    • ERP implementation experience, Dynamics AX with integrated, 3rd party Planning and Commerce solutions.
    • Change management certification or designation.
    • Skilled in the use of SharePoint and Office 365 applications.
    • Global environment experience.
