  • Position Summary

    This position will provide assistance with the development and performance of all sales activities in Canada. The key objectives include working with field leadership to drive growth and meet operational goals, inspire and mentor assigned sales team, and build a strong relationship with field Associates to achieve their business goals. The Country Sales Manager for Canada will provide consistent communication on the compensation plan, promotions and the Isagenix culture.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Assist in the development of business strategies and budgetary plans that will assist Isagenix in reaching its growth and profitability goals.
    • Direct and oversee the work of sales specialists, including training, mentoring and insuring professional development through recognition and performance reviews.
    • Keep Country Director informed of performance and emerging issues which may affect growth and profitability goals; provide input, advice and guidance to the organization.
    • Responsible for oversight and prioritization of sales tasks and projects.
    • Collaborate with mid-top level Associates and provide guidance for them to reach their goals through developed action plans.
    • Conduct at a minimum 15-20 business discussions on a daily basis by phone or in person and complete one-one business reviews on a timely manner.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group and assist sales team recruit new customers and Associates.
    • Drive market engagements through prioritized campaigns, events, and social media.
    • Communicate effectively through multiple channels to include email, conference calls, webinars and one-on-one or large meeting groups and presentations.
    • Serve as a subject matter expert and provide trainings and guidance in Isagenix compensation plan, culture and strategies.
    • Assist in the preparation of proposals, presentations, events and travel arrangements.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Post-secondary education from an accredited institution.
    • 4-6 years of experience in a sales leader position with accountability to achieve results.

    • Experience within the network marketing Industry.
    • Extensive experience in communicating and presenting compensation plans.
    • Fluent in speaking and writing French and English. (Required for Ontario only)
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously. 
    • Travel required for meetings or business needs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Knowledge on Binary Compensation Plans.
    • Fluent in speaking and writing French and English. (Preferred for British Columbia)
