  • Position Summary

    Product Marketing plays an integral part in the overall product lifecycle management from concepts to phase-out planning. The Product Marketing Coordinator is responsible for providing support to the product marketing process by representing the Product Marketing team and managing multiple projects. This position will work in coordination with Isagenix stakeholders throughout the development process ensuring strategies are executed, confirming deadlines are met and products are launched successfully

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)


    • Conduct on-going research and process market, consumer and competitive data that provide key insights on localization needs by market and guide product ideation, enhancement and development decisions.
    • Support all aspects of new product ideation and concept development, from a marketing viewpoint, such as product strategy, naming, branding, pricing, packaging and positioning.
    • Prepare marketing reports, sales assessments and product marketing analysis documents.
    • Conduct product trials and market testing for evaluation of new product concepts.
    • Assist in maintaining a wide array of inputs into an internal market requirements document to help guide product strategy and product development.
    • Manage product marketing timelines for assigned products; track and monitor key dates and make sure deadlines are met.
    • Work closely with Isagenix stakeholders to ensure all tactics and execution align with the product marketing strategy, positioning, goals, etc.
    • Help maintain, implement and communicate product positioning documents to ensure consistent product messaging throughout the organization.
    • Play a supporting role during key company events.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
    • 3 years of marketing experience or experience from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously and be a forward thinker.
    • Travel occasionally required for event functions.


    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications or Business.
    • Professional experience in network marketing or health and wellness industry.
    • Experience in Global/International product marketing.
