  • Position Summary

    This role is responsible for moderating and monitoring social media content across channels, including initiating new online discussions, moderating discussions, pin-pointing potential problems and solutions, and suggesting new ways to increase engagement within and across channels while maintaining our online community safe and fun. The Social Media Moderator is expected to help implement the Isagenix Social Media Strategy, coordinate with multiple teams to support its mission, ensure a compliant social media environment, promote excellent customer service and help cultivate a strong community around the brand.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Help implement and support the social media moderation strategy.
    • Coordinate with cross functional stakeholders to ensure the social media strategy is effective and provides superior quality of customer service and support to our community through various communication tools.
    • Review and moderate all user-generated content and user profiles (either pre-, post- or reactive moderation) within all social media platforms: comments, images, videos and audio; coordinate with Compliance and Customer Care as required.
    • Monitor and report daily, weekly, monthly, and annual activity on all Isagenix social media channels (including engagement, trends, sentiment, etc.).
    • Contribute to the monthly content calendar while collaborating with sales and marketing teams.
    • Identify topic trends and behavioral patterns of potential, existing and former customers and/or Associates relative to their experience using Isagenix.
    • Work as part of a cross-functional team that will interact with other parts of the organization to guide their social media activities.
    • Stay current with social media trends and offer suggestions as appropriate to improve the customer experience and leverage ongoing customer involvement.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent related experience.
    • Understanding of all major Social Media platforms.
    • Comfortable working both in Mac and Windows Operating Systems. 
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 1 year of experience in social media marketing and/or professional content writing for social media.
    • Experience in Network Marketing.
    • Experience using social media management Sprinklr.
    • Bilingual in English and Spanish.
