  • Position Summary

    The Sales Development Trainer is responsible for all activities concerned with the planning, development and execution of business development, field training, new product launch, and other advanced training programs such as, compensation plan, promotions and the Isagenix culture. The Sales Development Trainer will not only develop relationships with key leaders to support the various training programs but also provide assistance with the development and performance of all sales activities across regions.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Lead and manage the design, development and implementation of regional sales training programs.
    • Partner with Sales Programs, Marketing and other cross-functional groups to support the launch of sales tools with comprehensive training materials; ensure all sales tools are updated with the most current information to include fliers, videos, kits, etc.
    • Develop and maintain library of training power points, sample zoom agendas to support Regional Sales Managers & Leaders.
    • Develop, implement, and provide training to Regional Sales Managers.
    • Maintain a Training Calendar for the field to include new promotions/programs and develop new quarterly Rank Advancement Training series.
    • Participate in weekly regional sales meetings with our department stake holders to update the field on changes, new processes and FYI’s; Oversee, plan and organize the monthly Sales and Marketing Meeting from a training perspective.
    • Compare our training support/tools/incentives to our competition and find ways to improve and evolve; continuously look for new technology to connect/train with our field.
    • Identify and develop future Trainers to facilitate our core events to support the events team– expand our portfolio
    • Partner with Sales Programs to create, convert and update tools, videos, fliers for the French and Spanish market.
    • Oversee communication and promotion of our training and support to the field to maximize participation rates.
    • Collaborate with mid-top level Associates and provide guidance for them to reach their goals through developed action plans.
    • Provide leadership, coaching, and/or mentoring to subordinate group and assist sales team and new Associates recruit and grow the market.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
    • 6 years of experience providing training, coaching and development.
    • Extensive experience in communicating and presenting sales program trainings.
    • Demonstrated experience with continuous improvement and self-development.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.            
    • Excellent presentation skills and experience presenting/ training large audiences.
    • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
    • Travel required for meetings or business needs.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
    • Degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field.
    • 8 years of experience providing training, coaching and development, preferably in sales.
    • Knowledge on Binary Compensation Plans.
    • Professional experience in network marketing or health and wellness industry.
