  • Position Summary

    The Digital Advertising Specialist is responsible for setting up, optimizing, and reporting on digital advertising campaigns for Isagenix. This position is primarily focused on paid search ads within the Google and Facebook advertising platforms and supports growth initiatives by strategizing and implementing paid campaigns. The Digital Advertising Specialist collaborates closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to acquire and support targeted efforts.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Increase efficiency of our paid acquisition efforts across SEM and social media platforms.
    • Maintain and improve existing paid campaigns and launch new campaigns to support company goals.
    • Help lead the strategy and day-to-day execution of paid campaigns.
    • Assist team in the creation and hands on optimization of SEM and/or Paid Social accounts including keyword research, URL tagging, and ensuring consistency between engines.
    • Collect, verify, and use data to improve the effectiveness of each campaign; provide insights and action steps.
    • Provide reports on key metrics for all aspects of digital advertising, including leads generated and on-site conversion.
    • Participate in meetings to understand internal advertising objectives and goals.
    • Assist in activation of all paid advertising buys by providing recommendations on budget allocation, media timing, media pressure, tactics and KPIs.
    • Collaborate with internal teams across the organization to communicate new campaigns and support other initiatives.
    • Research and keep abreast of trends in SEM, social advertising and other forms of digital advertising.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
    • 2 years of digital marketing experience running ad campaigns on one or more advertising platforms (e.g. Facebook, Google Adwords, LinkedIn, etc.).
    • Familiarity with retargeting.
    • Strong analytics skills & data-driven approach, with the ability to identify trends and insights.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field from an accredited institution.
    • Experience in Network Marketing or global environment.
    • Experience using web analytic tools, such as Google Analytics.
    • Google AdWords certified.
