  • Position Summary

    This role will provide data expertise as we improve the growth, retention, engagement, and brand affinity of our products on the health and wellness platform. The Web Analytics Specialist will work closely with cross-functional teams and improve techniques, processes, tracking, analytical insights and technology used by marketing to achieve our goals. The key scope of this position is to help address the complex challenges of design, marketing effectiveness, contact strategy, ROI, consumer behavior and channel effectiveness.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Identify revenue opportunities and provide ongoing optimization analysis to the organization to improve sales and customer experience.
    • Provide ongoing review of traffic and conversion trends for all sites and identify areas for improving site conversion.
    • Refine SEO strategy to increase keyword ranking and traffic, leading to other core key performance indicators.
    • Transform raw web analytics data into actionable insight/opportunities to help drive overall sales and improved brand perception.
    • Perform ongoing evaluation of digital environment and competitive landscape to identify unique market opportunities and threats; provide metrics and analysis to key management, on a regular basis.
    • Constantly evaluate new digital e-Commerce opportunities and make recommendations for optimizing performance.
    • Design and automate reports, dashboards, and analyses for website and digital marketing including performance, data, trends, business context and actionable insights to business.
    • Analyze consumer behavior on the site to identify traffic trends and pain points within the online experience and provide strategic insights to support data-driven decision making.
    • Quickly identify causes and solutions to issues or unexpected results as identified in reporting.
    • Ensure data quality by conducting regular audits and testing tracking on site to verify metrics are properly captured and reported correctly. 
    • Provide domestic and international markets with ongoing strategic counsel on search best practices and tactics that align with brand objectives/goals and overall business.
    • Manage the paid and organic search campaigns, web analytics and digital marketing, by tracking, reporting, and analyzing all search initiatives and campaigns; responsible for forecasting and budgeting initiatives.  
    • Establish clear search marketing performance indicators that complement overall marketing and business objectives.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
    • 2 years experience in a digital marketing role.
    • Solid experience managing and executing paid search campaigns.
    • Fundamental knowledge and experience with web analytics tools and interfaces.
    • Proven digital experience launching and growing search-marketing channels.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Posses strong and proven technical SEO, data analytics and strategy background.
    • Solid quantitative, analytical, and organizational skills.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business or related discipline.
    • 5 years experience in a search engine marketing role.
    • Proficient in Google Adwords, Google Analytics, Insights and Webmaster Tools.
