The Financial Analyst will conduct quantitative analyses of information affecting budgets, expenses, and other financial projects for Isagenix. The overall responsibilities of this role include processing, compiling, organizing, researching and analyzing business information as well as tracking results, analyzing trends and identifying variances. The position will assist in ensuring the utilization of key performance indicators for various operations throughout the company.
The Financial Analyst will work closely with our North America leadership and primarily focus on data mining, forecasting, business modeling and ad hoc analysis in an effort to increase overall success of our North America market. The position is responsible for month end financial support, annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, tracking of KPIs and other analyses to enhance the understanding of the business and improve decision-making.
The Director Corporate Controller will lead the corporate accounting functions and oversee financial statement compliance, ensure proper internal controls, and deliver business analysis of financial and operational metrics that lead to insightful, accurate business decision making. This role will partner with executive leadership and cross-functional leaders to ensure compliance and enhance operational efficiency.
The Director of Financial Planning & Analysis directs the budgeting, forecasting, management reporting and financial analysis processes for Isagenix, collaborating closely with leadership to help drive an improved financial performance. The overall responsibilities of this role include providing decision support, measurements, and guidance for the pursuit of Company goals. The position requires strong financial and accounting acumen with demonstrated ability to provide insights and guidance to improve profitability and cash flow. Position ensures all controls are maintained consistent with Corporate and Division Financial policies and procedures as well as Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
The Service Desk Manager is responsible for providing overall leadership and oversight to the Service Desk team. This role is expected to execute the planning, designing, and improvement of the Service Desk according to industry best practices, while ensuring a high level of customer service across all offices. In addition, the manager will be responsible for ensuring the standards and processes in place are followed and effective, as well as staffing levels and coverage to meet support requirements. The service desk encompasses multiple ITSM activities such as request fulfillment, incident management, user self-service, strategic decision-making, reporting, and more.
The Quality Control Coordinator works closely with external groups and internal cross-functional areas, such as Contract Laboratories, Procurement, Inventory Control, Product Development, Regulatory, and Logistics in reviewing products, processes and services to make sure they meet certain standards of quality and compliance. This role is intended to maintain process controls and continually review, track and document laboratory, testing, and processing functions.

The ERP Systems Administrator is responsible for the day-to-day processing of the ERP system applications. Uses working and technical knowledge of ERP systems and databases to evaluate issues and provide effective solutions. The ERP Systems Administrator will work closely with the ERP Team, Accounting, and Operations personnel to gather requirements, prioritize new work, and promote the accuracy and consistency of data concerning the financial, operations, and inventory systems.
