  • Position Summary

    This position will help support the Isagenix Sales Programs team with the execution of sales strategies for Isagenix International. This intern will assist with:


    • Creation of platform for Global alignment of programs, campaigns and promotions
    • Project management assistance for upcoming business builder campaigns
    • Communications protocol execution for promotions and campaigns
    • Ideation of business building campaigns tied to KPIs
    • Celebration 2018 preparations

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Research and analyze current industry best practices and tools to implement for social media content, while upholding legal guidelines and communication strategies.
    • Assist in communications across departments internal to Isagenix.
    • Assist in communication to Isagenix business builder and customers.
    • Actively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional areas to include Communications, Social Media, Compliance, Marketing, IT, Customer Care, and Events.
    • Participate in the forming of ideas, programs, timelines, projects, etc.
    • Review content for communications for accuracy.
    • Help achieve established goals, media objectives, communication campaigns, etc. established by the Sales & Marketing team.
    • Answer related questions from Associates or customers through multiple avenues.
    • Other duties as assigned.
    • Assist in the creation of signage, circulars, mock ups, e-mail campaigns, online promotion, Zoom Video/Audio Conference Communications,  etc.
    • Assist in the distribution or delivery of marketing materials.
    • Assist with fulfillment of marketing offers.
    • Assist with the preparation and delivery of training materials.
    • Perform analysis of marketing and sales data.
    • Seek and analyze marketing and sales materials both on and offline.
    • Prepare presentations.
    • Assist in upkeep of contact management systems.
    • Provide support to social media efforts.
    • Maintain tracking report of public relations activity.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree at an accredited university in Business, Communications, or related field.
    • Great team player in a fast paced changing environment.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Preferred Qualifications

    •  Experience in network marketing and/or health and wellness industries.
