The Business Engagement Analyst will be highly engaged in various projects that consist of bridging business needs and IT solutions. This position will bring partnership, consistency and delivery to both IT and business functional areas, which may impact a broad spectrum of teams through the organization and must coordinate multiple touch points. To achieve effective engagement the Business Engagement Analyst must develop and sustain relationships and stay abreast of both IT solutions and business projects and needs. Scope of work will include working closely with the PMO to bridge to the enterprise for major programs/projects involving IT and multiple departments, and bridging between the requesting business users and IT for the many small projects IT must prioritize and complete without PMO involvement.
Perform business analysis for IT requests and document business and functional requirements.
