  • Position Summary

    The International Regulatory department is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance for products with a focus on international documentation requirements. They manage several projects, including formula and label reviews, product registrations, review of claims and marketing material, as well as support the work associated with obtaining government approval for product imports into various international countries.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Prepare and/or review product registration documents.
    • Prepare and/or review label drafts for international markets.
    • Prepare sales reports for applicable Canadian products.
    • Assist in applying for import documentation (import permits, health certificates, and manufacturer’s declarations).
    • Assist in maintaining accurate and up-to-date regulatory records and databases (including ingredient database, translation database, and product status database).
    • Assist in reviewing ingredient acceptability for international markets.
    • Assist in reviewing and/or editing internal documented departmental procedures.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree at an accredited university in Regulatory Affairs, Legal Compliance, or science-related field.
    • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
    • Exceptional organizational skills.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
