  • Position Summary

    The Project Manager will be focused in supporting and driving multiple Sales and Marketing projects from inception through completion. The key scope of this role is to apply project management best practices and standards to all Event, Field Experience, Sales and Marketing projects managed, and work closely with business stakeholders to ensure projects are successfully planned, managed, reported on, and delivered to meet project scope.

    Essential Duties & Responsibilities (Other duties may be assigned)

    • Coordinate and facilitate multiple projects within the Sales & Marketing environment through effective project planning and management, resource allocation, risk identification, change management, issues resolution, and communications.
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders as needed to ensure Sales & Marketing projects stay on track and meet deadlines; build strong and positive relationships.
    • Work with teams from Corporate Affairs, Events, International, Sales and Marketing, along with project managers from other departments to help drive the result forward.
    • Follow up with all parties to ensure necessary resources are available and assigned for project execution.
    • Define the project scope, goals, and deliverables, stay within project financial goals, and report progress stakeholders, management, and leadership.
    • Gain and maintain knowledge of all Sales and Marketing activities and stay integrated throughout projects.
    • Manage specific Sales and Marketing projects that will positively drive key performance indicators for the organization.
    • Apply project management best practices and standards, which require effectively scoping, planning, scheduling, coordinating, tracking, and reporting status for all projects managed.
    • Execute project-based communication plans.
    • Manage and appropriately escalate any delivery ‘blockers’, risks, issues, and changes.
    • Facilitate meetings for project discovery, status and issue resolution.
    • Act as primary point of contact for all assigned sales operations& Field Experience projects.
    • Projects may span global markets.
    • Facilitate capacity management by assisting with tracking of various teams from Corporate Affairs, Events, International, Sales and Marketing departments.
    • Facilitate meetings for project discovery, business case development, process improvement, project status and issue resolution.

    Minimum Qualifications (These are the requirements that all applicants MUST HAVE to be considered for this position)

    • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution or equivalent related work experience.
    • 4 years of project management experience with 2 years of executing marketing related projects in an agency or as part of a corporate creative sales and marketing department.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft office software to include Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Project.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, detail oriented and able to coordinate/manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
    • Strong leadership skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
    • Experience with Agile techniques and hands-on experience in Scrum processes.
    • Skilled and seasoned project manager with high energy who can manage multiple projects with ease.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • 6 years of project management experience with 3 years of executing marketing related projects in an agency or as part of a corporate creative sales and marketing department.
    • Related certifications, such as PMI, PMP, and Prince Certifications.
    • Skilled in the use of Microsoft Visio and Team Foundation Server.
    • Strong business analysis skills.
    • Proven strong problem-solving ability.
